A.G.M. of Patcham Memorial Hall

I have attached a formal notice for our forthcoming Annual General Meeting. It would be great to have some of our regular users in attendance to help support the work of the Hall's management committee and of its Trustees. The Memorial Hall is a lovely community facility and we think that it could be further improved by  having the voices of users on the management committee. It only meets three times a year, so it would be great if some of you could join us.
